The NexFix MTP arthrodesis plate has been specially designed to ensure stable and strong fixation of the first metatarsophalangeal joint. The natural positioning of the big toe is also optimized by specific instrumentation (concave and convex metatarsophalangeal reaming) and by using the NexFix MTP plate itself. For a stiff and stable construct, NexFix MTP screws, together with the plate, are available in self-locking or non-self-locking versions.
